This book was very easy to read, was straight to the point, and laid out everything you need to get yourself into the best shape of your life!
At the beginning of the book, he starts with the most important part of weight loss: the diet. I started reading this book 2 weeks ago, and started following his non-diet immediately. I'm never hungry and I can eat pretty much what I want (as I said before, bacon is included, so I'm a happy camper). I have already lost SEVEN pounds!
